Who we are

PROMTURE Technologies LLP is an AI systems and software company based in India and serving businesses across India, the UAE, the UK and the USA.

Information we collect

We may collect information submitted through enquiry forms or email, including name, work contact details, company, region and information about a proposed project. The application currently has no optional analytics or advertising tracking configured. Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and secure the website.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate project fit, provide requested services, maintain security and meet legal obligations. It is not sold.

Lawful basis and sharing

Processing relies on consent, steps requested before a contract, contractual necessity, legal obligation or legitimate interests as applicable. When you submit an enquiry, the website validates your details and sends them through FormSubmit to our Gmail inbox. FormSubmit and Google process the message to provide these services; Cloudflare provides website hosting and request processing. A direct email link is also available. Enquiry protection

The website does not save enquiry content to its database. It uses a keyed hash of the connection IP address and a 15-minute time window to limit repeated submissions. These counters are removed on a subsequent submission after they expire. Raw IP addresses and form contents are not written to application logs by the enquiry handler. Hosting providers may separately maintain infrastructure logs.

Retention and security

FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Enquiries received by email are handled in our business inbox; the final business retention schedule remains to be confirmed. Access controls, encryption, backups and least-privilege practices are applied according to the system involved.

Your rights

Depending on your location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and consent withdrawal under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and India’s DPDP framework.
